When on my show its about me and my experiences, my thought, my struggles, my triumphs, my direction, my failures and success.

When I have a guest on its a little about me and my thoughts but it about them and there story.

Its important to stay open minded even through our stubbornness to see other perspectives and adjust our thoughts in order to grow "Post Traumatic Growth" PTG
